In high school, I modified my personal Apple iPhone 6 to include a LED Apple logo on the backside that would light up when the device was on. This LED would vary in brightness depending on the screen's brightness setting.
Recently, I replaced the disc drive on a Microsoft Xbox One. This repair required me to fully disassemble the console, remove solder from the original disc drive, swap the PCBs, then solder the new disc drive to the console.
